For non-ESP members: You may apply for ESP membership at the ESP website.
The fee for accompanying persons includes the participation at the Welcome Reception (Saturday 5 September, evening). The other activities of the social programme for accompanying persons (reported in the General Information page) are to be paid separately on site and reserved on arrival.

ASP members are entitled to pay the same reduced registration fees as ESP members (please include proof of ASP membership).

Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment; otherwise it will not be processed. In all other cases the on-site registration fee will be taken as a basis. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the ESP Treasurer, address as below. There will be a EUR 25 fee for any registration cancellation. NO REFUNDS HONOURED AFTER 15 AUGUST 2009.
